    What you need to know:


    • $120 for 10 sessions
    • Guelph bootcamp runs in 5week blocks, there will be a registration period and a start/end date
    • All classes must be used in that 5week block, there is no more carryover
    • Minimum of 10 people to run a session
    • Focus on strength and conditioning using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and bodyweight.
    • Timed stations so you work at your own pace
    • Short sprints of running
    • Every class is different
    • Bring a yoga mat and water to every class
    • Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather
    • Sessions run approximately 1 hour

Schedule

Guelph bootcamp starts May 16! It will run for 5 week blocks, so all classes must be used in that 5 weeks or you lose them. There is no more carry-over. So be ready to commit to your fitness.

Guelph Bootcamp, Starts May 16

Class times: Monday & Thursday, 7pm

Outdoors at a church in the south end (details TBA)

Cost: $120 for 5 weeks, 10 classes

You need to bring water and a mat, and hand weights if you have them, and wear proper training shoes (no toning shoes). Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather....we train rain or shine and when it rains, it's cold! When it's sunny...it's hot! Bring layers. This program is safe and effective for all fitness levels. We use a timed circuit so everyone works to their own level. Email Leah now to register!
